Is Billy’s suitable for all breeds?

Absolutely! We welcome all breeds, big and small. We group dogs based on personality and size to make sure they’re comfortable.

Can my dog come just one or two days a week?
Yes! Even one or two days can make a huge difference to your dog’s happiness and social skills. It keeps their mind sharp, their body active, and their tail wagging.

What does a typical day look like at Billy’s?

Dogs enjoy supervised play, enrichment activities, nap time, and lots of cuddles from our team.

Can I bring my dog for just a half day?

Yes, we offer both half-day and full-day options. Just let us know what works best for you.

What is a typical day like at Billy’s Day-Care for Dogs?
Your dog will enjoy supervised group play, rest breaks, enrichment toys, and lots of cuddles. It’s structured, stimulating, and full of fun!

What kind of play areas do you offer?
We have a 600m² indoor/outdoor facility designed for year-round comfort, with solid wall play zones and peekaboo windows—great for safety, socialisation, and weather-proof fun.

Will my dog ever be left alone?
Never. Dogs at Billy’s are always supervised by trained staff, and we maintain the highest human-to-dog ratio in Perth—1 staff to every 10–12 dogs.

Do the dogs get to rest too?
Yes! After all that play, pups can nap on soft beds—or on a friendly lap! We ensure a perfect balance of activity and rest.

Does my dog need to be desexed to attend Billy’s?

Yes—all dogs over 6 months of age must be desexed to attend daycare at Billy’s.

This helps us maintain a safe, stress-free environment for all the dogs in our care. Desexing reduces the risk of unwanted behaviours and ensures group play stays positive and balanced.

If your dog is over 6 months and not yet desexed, please contact us. We’re happy to chat about options or see if temporary arrangements can be made.

What vaccinations does my dog need to attend Billy’s?

To keep all our furry guests safe and healthy, dogs attending Billy’s must be up-to-date with their C5 vaccination.

We also recommend speaking to your vet about the nasal Bordetella vaccine, which is our preferred option. It helps build immunity faster and offers an extra layer of protection for group play environments like daycare.

Grooming

Do you offer grooming services?

Yes! Our groomers are professionally trained.  You can learn more on our grooming page.

Can my dog get a bath during daycare?

Definitely. Just let us know at drop-off and we’ll add a bath to your dog’s visit.

Can my dog be groomed while at daycare?
Yes! You can book a grooming or bath session during their daycare stay. Just let us know at drop-off.

Who does the grooming at Billy’s?
Walter, our professional groomer, is trained by an internationally recognised dog stylist and brings a calm, expert touch to every session.
