Enrolment
(Please note that we have an extra long waiting list for Staffy and Herding / Working breeds. These are very popular breeds that are currently well represented here at Billy’s. To fulfil our promise in developing rounded skills for all the dogs in our care, we need to vary the pack personalities and play styles as much as possible for the most successful results.)
We require that all dogs attend a minimum of once per week on their set day(s), because dogs thrive and succeed by having a routine. This helps them to settle in quickly, effectively and most importantly they will make solid friendships with the other dogs and look forward to seeing them.
The process to enrol your dog at Billy’s is detailed below, however if you have any questions at any stage of the enrolment process please do not hesitate to call us.
Enrolment Process
- Using the tab above, Please fill out one “Form A” for each dog attending then click on submit.
- Fill out the “Form B” with your details then click on submit.
- The forms are automatically submitted to us after the second submit button is clicked.
- The staff at Billy’s will contact you to arrange your meet and greet appointment which both dog and owner (the owner who is our main point of contact) will be required to attend. This can be done as early as 6:30am if you are needing to get to work that day. We also offer afternoon appointments.

- At this meeting your dog will be assessed for social ability with our human staff, social ability with different personalities from our dog pack, stress levels, play styles, guarding tendencies, and ability to interact without their owner present.
